And early on for me getting taught, Hey, you really need to investigate and learn about finance to be successful. So to pivot into today, the last, well the last 10 years I've been in the tax and accounting industry and I've aIt's a recipe for disaster in many cases. It was relational, it was in my employment, and it was also in the way that I could give back and help others. RR (02:54): Part of what they did for me to help me break kind of some of those that I have was they helped me understand that success touched many areas of my life. Uh, I did get connected with some people who kind of helped me out of that cycle and I'm super grateful for that. I got into restaurant very early on and throughout my twenties was really just making very poor decisions. So for me, I fell into a category of at risk, uh, youth as a young person.
Lots of travel, didn't really get the opportunity as a young person to develop those roots, uh, that thinks some families may have experience. And so a little bit about me, I come from a military family. I love the opportunity to just speak about, uh, opportunities that I'm finding and we're finding as a company in the industry. How are they showing up today in the work that you do with small and large businesses? And it's, I mean, an interesting background that you have. I'm currently working with some of the top firms in the country as they work through this process of migrating from a very backward looking, historical compliance driven focus to a forward looking, uh, advisory focus. The accounting industry is one of those spaces where I just uncover opportunities daily. In addition to being able to produce equipment layout and diagramming, the software allows saving the work on multiple platforms like Visio. Lucidchart is being utilized by our department to fully relay our message pertaining to reporting our findings on equipment layout and the planning of program delivery. These efforts benefit clients in determining how to safely and efficiently provide the corresponding program to maintain their vital equipment along with establishing programs that oversee the effective deployment of their maintenance program and budget. This helps clients to understand the close relationship between electromechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and the necessity of monitoring or maintaining such equipment in a manufacturing environment. I have recently utilized Lucidchart as a tool to convey the message of equipment layout related to the creation of reliability program development, monitoring, or current state.
